| At MASS Martial Arts we have two adult programs that are very unique to the Tidewater area because they are truly "Adult Focused" and not just a re-packaged children's program. Defense Fusion is a Mixed-Martial Arts program with the focus on "Real World" street self-protection....NOT SPORT! This Program is a mix of: Wing Chun / JKD / Chin Na / Muay Thai / Impact and Edged Weapons / Law Enforcement Defensive Tactics Ip Man Wing Chun Kung Fu- Jun Fan / Jeet Kune Do Are the Martial Art systems that made Bruce Lee the King of Kung Fu. This program teaches both systems in the same classroom - but with separate curriculum's. This is a Combat Focused program, Again...NOT SPORT! |
