| Chin-Na is the Chinese Martial Science of Capture, Control, and Destruction of the Opponent. Methods used to accomplish this goal include, Locking and Breaking of joints, Grabbing and striking Pressure Points, as well as Immobilizing, Unbalancing, and Throwing the Opponent. These methods can be used standing or in a ground fighting environment. |
||||||||||||||||||||||
| Chin-Na is a part of most major Chinese Martial Systems. The techniques are effective, easy to learn and apply and require no previous Martial Arts training to learn. Chin-Na is easily incorporated into, and will enhance the effectiveness of any Martial Art system, including Karate and Tae Kwon Do! The Chinese / American Chin-Na Association offers Instructor Training and Certification for instructors who wish to add this Highly Effective Martial Method to their current curriculum. |
