| Ground fighting has become very popular based on Mixed-Martial Arts competitions such as the UFC and other such events. The problem with this is that the rules and safety of the environment in the ring create a false idea of what is effective in a "Real World" violent encounter. The problem with purposely going to the ground with the opponent in a REAL encounter is that you can only account for one opponent while on the ground. And there is no guarantee that you will not be attacked by one of your opponents friends. The following demonstrates some of the DANGERS of this strategy. |
